Pizza Dough

3 Cups warm water
2 Packages dry yeast
1½ Tablespoons honey
6 Tablespoons (3 oz.) oil (Safflower is preferred)
2 Teaspoons salt
White or Whole Wheat Flour

Combine ingredients, adding flour last. Add flour until it is too stiff to stir. Continue adding flour while kneading. When dough has a satin finish form into two balls and let them rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down and roll out into four pizzas, shaped to fit your pans.
