Confectioner´s Icing

1 Cup sifted Powdered Sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1½ Tablespoons Milk (approximate)

Add milk and vanilla to powdered sugar to create a "drizzling" consistency.  Dribble over cinnamon rolls or other baked treat.  Allow to dry before serving.  (Unless you like it messy)
