Banana Nut Bread |

3 Cups flour |
Sift dry ingredients. |
¾ Cup sugar |
Mix sugar, egg, milk, oil, nuts and bananas. |
Add dry ingredients and beat hard about 30 seconds. Bake at 350° 45-50 minutes. Bread is done when a broom or weed straw pulls out clean. Recipe makes 2 small pans or 1 small and 1 glass pan. Doubling the recipe will make 3 small pans and 1 glass pan. |
